What it pays

Bottom line: Bug tests pay €1-5 per bug you find, and Testbirds says working at a normal speed usually earns €10 or more an hour.

Their own FAQ: bug tests pay per unique bug found, "usually between 1 Euro for low severity Bugs and 5 Euros for critical Bugs", with a stated rule of thumb — "if you work at a normal speed you are usually going to earn 10 Euros or more per hour". Usability tests pay a fixed fee per test.

How the money reaches you

SEPA bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT) for EU residents; PayPal for everyone else, including South Africa. Minimum payout is a €6 account balance.
