This is the most useful mail we get. If an apply link is dead, a platform has stopped accepting South Africans, or something we have written about a platform is wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it. If you applied yourself and it went badly, say so — we would rather pull a listing than leave a bad one up.
If you hire South Africans remotely and are not listed here, write to us with a link to the page on your own site that states who is eligible. We publish eligibility only when we can quote a published statement, so that page is the thing we need.
Requests to see, correct or delete personal information go to the same address. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold, which is very little.
We are a directory, not a recruiter. We cannot pass your CV to an employer, put in a word for you, check on an application, or tell you why one was rejected — we have no relationship with the companies listed and no access to their systems. Applications are made on their sites and handled entirely by them.
