UserTesting's own participant-facing help article is deliberately vague - "We welcome participants from various countries, but availability depends on supply and demand... we don't share a fixed list" - but their separate client-facing help page, "Supported Countries for Participant Recruitment", names South Africa directly in its EMEA list: "Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom." That is the platform's own record of which countries it can actually draw study participants from.
