Our client in the UK is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in data, marketing, or analytics to gain hands-on experience in list building, data hygiene, and reporting.
You'll work closely with the wider team to ensure data is accurate, well-maintained, and used effectively to support business decisions.
List Building
Source, build, and segment data lists to support marketing, sales, or outreach campaigns.
Ensure lists are targeted, accurate, and compliant with relevant data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
Work with internal stakeholders to understand list requirements and criteria.
Regularly clean, validate, and de-duplicate data across systems.
Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, and outdated records.
Support the maintenance of data quality standards and best practices.
Help develop and follow processes for keeping databases up to date.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
Support the wider team with ad hoc data requests and analysis.
Help ensure data used in reporting is accurate and consistent.
Learn to use reporting/BI tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to visualise data effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand data needs.
Support wider data projects and initiatives as required.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn quickly).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in data.
Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
Some exposure to data tools (e.g. CRM systems, Excel formulas, Power BI/Tableau).
Interest in a career in data, analytics, or marketing operations.
Basic understanding of data protection principles (e.g. GDPR).
