We are looking for a compassionate and highly professional After-Hours Intake Coordinator to support a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider in the United States.
You will be the first point of contact for parents seeking autism-related services for their children. Many of these families will be reaching out during a vulnerable or stressful time, so patience, empathy and clear communication are essential.
This is a full-time, remote position covering evenings and weekends.
Respond promptly to new enquiries received after hours
Speak with parents seeking ABA services for their children
Provide a compassionate, patient and reassuring first point of contact
Gather and accurately record relevant intake information
Explain the intake process clearly and professionally
Follow up consistently with prospective families
Help move suitable enquiries through the intake process
Maintain accurate records and update the relevant systems
Coordinate with the daytime intake team to ensure a smooth handover
Balance responsiveness and progress with sensitivity to each family’s circumstances
Has strong customer-facing, client service or intake experience
Communicates clearly and confidently in English
Has a clear, neutral accent and is comfortable speaking with American clients
