We are looking for International Remote Recruiter BPO - Freelancer Remote to join our recruitment teams and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs;
Job post our vacancies in diverse international platforms;
Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
Screen the candidates that fit the required profile;
Plan and execute preliminary interviews;
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client.
Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods;
Familiarity with social media, job boards, resume databases, and professional networks;
Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
Experience recruiting BPO profiles;
Experience working as a freelance recruiter;
Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter;
Experience recruiting for the European market, mostly for the French market;
Fluent in English;
