Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact

Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical guidance

Execute retention/email marketing strategies

Work within pod-based team structure, hitting monthly performance targets

Hands-on Klaviyo experience (non-negotiable)

Shopify platform familiarity

Retention/email marketing background

Ability to hit the ground running — technical proficiency essential, not just strategic

Fluent English (accent acceptable; professional, client-facing communication standard required)

Latin America or South Africa preferred

Must have strong US timezone overlap

Fully remote.
