Mission

Eliminate manual, hand-built reporting processes. Build, ship, and maintain automated data pipelines and internal software tools that generate flash reports, personalized Healthcare Professional (HCP) recaps, and cumulative insights decks directly from raw data.

Role Overview & Scope

The Insights Automation Engineer is a single "Builder" seat combining data engineering, system automation, and executive deck delivery.

You will replace manual report building with automated data pipelines, custom scripts, and lightweight internal tools. When pipelines are not yet fully automated, you remain capable of producing clean, client-ready PowerPoint/PDF deliverables. We are looking for an engineer who ships working code and automated pipelines weekly, leveraging modern AI tooling (Claude/LLM APIs) as a developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Automation Pipeline: Automate the end-to-end reporting pipeline: raw session data → flash reports → cumulative insights decks → personalized HCP recaps.
  • Data Schemas & Templates: Build and maintain structured data schemas, reporting templates, and geographic/demographic cuts.
  • Internal Tooling & Workflow Build: Develop and maintain lightweight internal tools for CRM data hygiene, send queues, and real-time dashboard feeds.
  • Cross-Functional QA: Conduct rigorous data and visual QA with the Operations team prior to client delivery.
  • Fallback Deck Production: Generate polished, client-ready PowerPoint or PDF executive decks when automated pipelines are still under construction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Production-First Builder: Proven track record of shipping working code, automations, and data tools weekly (not just designing theoretical slides or prompt experiments).
  • Data Hygiene & Schema Design: Comfortable transforming messy, unstructured session data into clean, structured schemas and actionable reporting outputs.
  • Modern AI Engineering: Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools (Claude API, LLMs, automated workflow tools) as a developer/builder.
  • Executive Presentation Ability: Capability to design and format crisp, client-ready executive decks (PPT/PDF) when required.
  • Location & Setup: Based in Latin America, working remotely with full US East Coast time zone alignment.

Out of Scope for This Role

  • Separated Roles: This is a single, consolidated Builder seat—not a split between a PPT analyst and a software engineer.
  • Slide-Only Analysts: Pure "Big 4 deck makers" without hands-on software development and data automation skills do not fit this role.
