Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on AI Implementation Architect to turn existing AI concepts, prototypes, and automated workflows into reliable, everyday production systems. Working directly alongside Tim Helfrey (Head of Global Operations at Strike Social and CMO of OPHORA Water), you will own technical architecture and end-to-end execution across a portfolio of high-growth operating companies (paid-social agency, premium D2C brand) and early-stage ventures.

This is a senior individual contributor seat for a developer who leverages AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, MCP) to ship clean code rapidly. Your mandate is simple: shorten the time from an agreed business problem to a production release, validate AI outputs, build practical web interfaces, and connect business SaaS infrastructures—target delivering six functional production launches within your first 90 days .

Primary Project Scope (6 Launches in 90 Days)

1. Strike Social — Campaign Intelligence Agent

- Connect CampaignLab with Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn APIs to auto-detect pacing/performance anomalies and draft weekly client narratives (with human-in-the-loop review controls).

2. Strike Social — Revenue Operations Integration

- Sync Zoho CRM, CampaignLab, and Xero to maintain one source of truth for deal-to-cash (automating deal tracking, invoice generation, overdue alerts, and weekly aging briefs).

3. OPHORA Water — Spa Direct Business Development System

- Build an automated B2B pipeline system (prospect discovery, account enrichment, personalized email cadences, reply tracking, meeting booking, and enrollment tracking) for premium med-spas and clinics.

4. OPHORA Water — Social Marketing Agent

- Build a repeatable workflow turning audience research into approved creative (static/video variants, scripts, captions), scheduled multi-platform publishing, and WordPress/WooCommerce landing-page A/B testing.

5. Peptide Quality Index (PQI) — Product Launch

- Audit and connect existing PQI website/collector codebases, automate data updates, resolve data quality gaps, and deliver an explainable scoring interface that separates supplier claims from verified data.

6. Trading Tools — Trading Copilot

- Configure TradingView webhooks to capture defined NQ futures setups, auto-log trade records to a structured journal, and generate post-session playbook compliance reviews (feedback tooling only; zero trade execution).

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Stack AI Engineering: Write robust Python/TypeScript code, design SQL schemas, build lightweight frontend interfaces, and engineer REST API / webhook integrations.

- LLM & Agentic Architecture: Implement LLM tool-calling, structured JSON outputs, prompt engineering, retrieval mechanisms, and evaluation pipelines—balancing when to use an AI agent versus a deterministic conventional workflow.

- Production Operations & Hygiene: Deploy hosted applications, manage secrets/credentials, establish logging/alerting baselines, maintain Git version control, and author SOPs/runbooks for seamless engineering handoffs.

- Agile Backlog & Delivery: Maintain a prioritized product backlog with Tim, establish MVP scope boundaries, and present working production code during weekly demos.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Production Engineering Depth: 3+ years building, shipping, and supporting production software systems end-to-end.

- LLM & AI Stack Proficiency: Production experience with tool-calling, structured outputs, prompt evaluation, MCP, and AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).

- Core Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python or TypeScript , SQL , REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, Git workflows, and cloud hosting deployment.

- SaaS Integration Mastery: Proven ability to integrate multi-party SaaS platforms through API retries, partial failure handling, rate limiting, and deduplication logic.

- Operating Discipline: Strong habits around secret security, data privacy (NDA required; strict prohibition of consumer tools for client data), logging, error recovery, and clear technical documentation.

- Schedule Alignment: Ability to work ~20 hours/week with consistent daily overlap during US Pacific Time (PT) hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Xero, WordPress/WooCommerce, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel , or ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).

- Background in financial market data pipelines, TradingView/Pine Script, D2C e-commerce, or paid-media agency workflows.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

- 14-Day Baseline: Deliver one functional automated workflow into active daily use.

- Day 30: Ship Launch #1 to production; complete delivery mapping for all 6 projects.

- Day 60: Put 4 out of 6 project releases into production with monitoring, evaluations, and runbooks established.

- Day 90: Complete production launches across all 6 projects, satisfying acceptance criteria, human review controls, and reliability checks.
