BIM Coordinator - Remote

We're looking for a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross-discipline coordination across our luxury hospitality and residential projects. You'll bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams — catching conflicts early, enforcing BIM standards, and keeping every project on schedule and buildable.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models across architectural projects.

Implement and enforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650.

Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.

Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.

Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated.

Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries.

Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards.

Translate high-end design intent into coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

5–10 years of experience in architectural design, including low-rise residential/hospitality projects.

Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability.

Professional English, written and spoken.

Portfolio required, demonstrating high-end architectural/technical work.

Nice to Have

Experience on ultra-luxury or bespoke architectural projects.

Exposure to international project standards.

Dynamo or computational design knowledge.

Experience with parametric family creation.

Understanding of sustainability frameworks.
