With over 50,000 individuals trained annually across 4 facilities in Alberta, Canada, they serve a primarily B2B client base, many of whom book last-minute, high-volume group sessions.

Mission & Impact

This role is vital to ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling and delivering fast, accurate service for high-demand industrial training programs. As a booking and administrative agent team member, you are the backbone of the booking process, playing a pivotal role in scaling up the team's operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails daily (50–60/day) for course bookings.
  • Schedule appointments accurately using a proprietary booking system.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to last-minute group bookings.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Keep detailed, organized records of booking data and client information.
  • Support after-hours communication needs during peak periods.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to streamline booking logistics and reduce admin pressure on reception.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong typing speed and responsiveness.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Prior experience in administrative, booking, or reception-heavy roles.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of work with autonomy.
  • Must have stable internet and the ability to support North American working hours (Mountain Time).
