About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support a sales consulting company specializing in decorated apparel providers. In this role, you will spearhead outbound sales efforts (mainly via phone outreach), playing a pivotal role in scaling business operations and generating new opportunities. BDR will be scheduling calls for these print shop owners to see the coaching, academy and CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound phone sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Build and manage lead lists.
- Conduct cold phone outreach ensuring high activity levels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Manage inbound leads and schedule appointments.
- Target warm leads that are engaging with our content.
- Consistently schedule multiple appointments per week.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining outreach strategies and techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in BDR roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and a neutral or US-acceptable accent.
- Highly driven and determined, with the ability to thrive in the BDR "grind."
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools like CRM’s - specifically High Level.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively supporting two distinct business lines.
