Client Experience Specialist (MedSpa/Salon)

We are hiring a Client Experience Specialist for a premium salon and specialist hair clinic in the Luxury Beauty & Wellness industry. This is a part-time remote role for a London, UK based company. This role is ideal for someone with a poise-driven communication style, strong sales awareness, and a passion for luxury client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Front of House: Manage bookings, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations via SalonIQ. Handle inbound/outbound client communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp, including initial complaint handling and escalation management.

• Business Development & Lead Conversion: Follow up on new enquiries to convert leads, conduct lapsed client reactivation campaigns (calls, SMS, email), proactively fill diary gaps, and lead referral and relationship-building initiatives.

• Marketing & Channel Attribution: Create and schedule email/SMS marketing campaigns. Track marketing channel attribution across Google Ads, organic search, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and reactivations.

• Data & KPI Tracking: Track revenue tied directly to personal outreach/conversions. Monitor core KPIs including bookings, client retention, diary utilization, and total revenue using tracking spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end salon, clinic, or luxury service client-facing role.

• Strong sales awareness with a proven track record of converting enquiries into confirmed appointments.

• High standard of written and spoken English with a calm, premium tone.

• Strong organizational skills and confidence in handling client objections or feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using SalonIQ booking software.

• Experience running client reactivation or sales-led outreach campaigns in a salon or clinic setting.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position; 10 hours per week in the BST time zone.

• This is a fully remote job for a London, UK based company.

• Pay ranges from R3 300 - R4 400 , depending on experience and skill.

• Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays PTO.

• 8 GB of RAM or higher.

• Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer.
