Company Overview

The client is a high-growth tech organization generating approximately $600K–$700K/month through proprietary software and digital platforms. To accelerate user acquisition and brand presence, the client is hiring an end-to-end Growth Marketer who can take ownership of marketing flows from strategy through creative asset management and conversion.

Position Overview

The client is seeking a mid-to-senior Growth Marketer who goes beyond simply running paid ads. This role will own the full campaign lifecycle, including developing ad concepts, sourcing and directing User-Generated Content (UGC), building high-converting landing pages, managing ad spend, and optimizing overall funnel performance.

Whether engaged for a focused 6-month term or as a long-term team member, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage projects independently and drive measurable acquisition results.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Paid Media Management

  • Account Ownership: Develop strategy, setup, execution, and continuous optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates to make informed budget reallocations and campaign optimizations.

2. Creative & UGC Acquisition

  • UGC Strategy: Source, direct, and manage creators to produce high-converting UGC advertising assets.
  • Ad Scripting & Storyboarding: Develop compelling ad scripts, creative briefs, and visual concepts based on target customer psychology.

3. Landing Pages & Funnel Optimization

  • Landing Page Development: Design and build conversion-focused landing pages using modern platforms such as Unbounce, Framer, Webflow, or VWO.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing CRO experiments across headlines, copy, offer positioning, and CTA flows to improve conversion rates.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–7+ years of hands-on growth marketing, performance marketing, or media buying experience, with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns.
  • Full-Funnel Capability: Ability to independently build landing pages, develop and source UGC, and manage paid media without relying on a large team of specialists.
  • Technical & Analytics Skills: Highly analytical with experience in attribution tracking, Google Analytics, pixel setup, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Creativity: Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting, visual hooks, consumer psychology, and performance-driven creative.
