As the company expands throughout Florida and beyond, they are seeking a versatile and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and establish the company as a leader in this emerging market.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage and play a key role in its expansion. The successful candidate will own and execute marketing initiatives designed to educate the market, increase brand visibility, and drive qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Initially, the focus will be on building awareness and generating demand in Jacksonville, Florida, before supporting future expansion into additional markets across the United States. For the right candidate, there is significant opportunity to grow alongside the business and take on broader marketing responsibilities as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness of the company's VR walkthrough services.

• Create and manage content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

• Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

• Develop and implement lead generation campaigns targeting architects, builders, interior designers, developers, and luxury homeowners.

• Research and identify potential prospects and market opportunities.

• Support outbound marketing initiatives and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.

Email Marketing & CRM Management

• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences.

• Develop compelling messaging that educates prospects and drives engagement.

• Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate lead tracking.

• Monitor campaign metrics and optimize performance to improve conversion rates.

Performance & Analytics

• Track and report on key marketing metrics including engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.

• Analyze results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Help establish marketing processes and best practices that can scale with the business.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing social media, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance.

• Ability to create professional, polished content for a premium audience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to the architecture, construction, design, real estate, or related industries.

• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

• Experience running campaigns targeting the U.S. market.

• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing business environment.

• Portfolio or examples of successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Remote (South Africa or Latin America preferred).
