Our client is a mission-driven athlete foundation dedicated to creating meaningful impact through youth initiatives, educational programs, charitable campaigns, and community engagement.
As the foundation continues to grow, they're looking for a highly organized Project & Operations Coordinator to help leadership stay focused by bringing structure, accountability, and visibility to day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, keeping projects moving, and ensuring that important commitments never fall through the cracks.
The Project & Operations Coordinator will serve as the organizational backbone of the foundation, partnering closely with leadership to coordinate projects, maintain operational visibility, and keep priorities moving forward.
Working primarily within Notion, you'll organize projects, track action items, monitor deadlines, document meetings, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time.
Rather than owning programs directly, you'll make sure every initiative has structure, accountability, and momentum.
Success in this role comes from being proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Project Coordination
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following environments are highly desirable:
You enjoy bringing order to busy environments.
Rather than waiting for instructions, you naturally ask what needs to happen next, who owns it, and whether anything is falling behind. You're comfortable following up with stakeholders, keeping projects moving, and ensuring important commitments don't get lost.
You take pride in being the person others rely on to keep operations organized, deadlines visible, and priorities moving forward.
Most importantly, you're proactive, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping leaders stay focused on the work that matters most.
Growing organizations generate countless moving pieces, and leadership performs best when someone is ensuring those pieces stay organized.
This role provides the operational structure that keeps projects moving, commitments visible, and priorities on track. By maintaining accountability across initiatives and ensuring consistent follow-through, you'll allow the foundation's leadership to spend less time managing tasks and more time advancing its mission.
The role requires a high-agency operations professional with strong project coordination, organizational, and executive support capabilities rather than a senior nonprofit program manager. This compensation remains competitive across both regions while attracting experienced candidates capable of independently managing priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and providing exceptional operational support to foundation leadership.
