Brief Job Description

The Property Management Junior Associate will remotely assist in all aspects regarding the management and well being of our storage facilities.

Scope of Services

The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Serve as point of contact for on-the-ground personnel (i.e. our Facility Operator) at multiple facilities
  • Build schedules and track hours and expenses for Facility Operators
  • Create, assign, and document completion of various tasks and projects
  • Track expenditures and cost allocation across facilities
  • Inventory control and purchasing supplies
  • Manage our CRM software to accurately reflect the state of each facility

Necessary Skills & Characteristics

  • Proficient using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail is a MUST
  • Willingness and ability to adapt and grow
  • Responsible and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Hours

9am-5pm EST Mon-Friday (40 hours)

The schedule may vary and will be determined by your supervisor.

Service Fee

To be determined based on experience.

Paid twice a month.

10 vacation days
