The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Social Media Designer to support our fast-paced content production. This is a crucial, full-time remote role for a creative professional who is an expert in a high-volume environment. Your portfolio and work samples matter more than anything else, and we'll be looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for creating, polishing, and delivering high-quality graphics for social media platforms, ensuring all designs align with existing brand guidelines. This role requires efficiency, creativity, and the ability to execute at scale with minimal supervision in a highly automated, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver 200–400 social media posts per month across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for each platform.
  • Provide quick turnarounds (12–24 hours) on client requests and urgent asset needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members via Slack for seamless communication.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure the reusability of templates in Figma.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a social media designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong Figma proficiency and the ability to work within pre-established brand systems.
  • A portfolio showcasing a high volume of social media design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

Location & Hours

  • This is a remote, offshore role based in South Africa or Latin America.
  • The work schedule is flexible and asynchronous, but requires 3-4 hours of overlap with EST/PST to facilitate collaboration with our New York-based client.
