Role Description

Join a dynamic, US-based team as a HubSpot Specialist in a full-time remote capacity.

In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM to enhance our sales and marketing operations.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HubSpot and a knack for analyzing and improving CRM processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, specifically in CRM management, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in setting up workflows, managing email sequences, and building reports in HubSpot.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • HubSpot certification(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Data Validation: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM data, performing regular audits and updates.
  • HubSpot Reporting: Create, manage, and analyze custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Email Sequences: Design and optimize email sequences and workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
