The Tech Support Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across websites and related digital systems. This role focuses on maintaining website functionality, resolving bugs, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth technical operation of client platforms.
Diagnose and resolve website issues (errors, bugs, performance issues)
Identify root causes of technical problems across WordPress sites
Fix broken functionality such as forms, links, plugins, or scripts
Manage plugin updates and resolve compatibility issues
Troubleshoot conflicts between themes, plugins, or custom code
Ensure website stability after updates or changes
Test and repair contact forms, lead capture forms, and submission flows
Support integrations with CRM systems, email tools, or tracking platforms
Ensure data is correctly captured and transmitted
Address loading speed issues and basic performance problems
Support general website reliability and uptime
Respond to assigned technical tickets/tasks
Investigate issues reported by internal teams or clients
Provide clear resolution within agreed turnaround times
Work alongside website editors, developers, and marketing teams
Provide feedback on recurring technical problems
