Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and a strong understanding of storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms (social media, website, marketing campaigns, presentations, etc.).

• Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and design teams to ensure videos meet project goals and brand guidelines.

• Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, sound, and music to enhance video quality.

• Manage and organize video assets, project files, and archives.

• Ensure all video content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders.

• Optimize videos for different platforms, including web, social media, and broadcast.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a video editor or similar role.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

• Knowledge of sound design, color grading, and motion graphics.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Degree or certification in Film, Media, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., marketing videos, social media content, corporate videos].

• Basic knowledge of 3D animation or visual effects is a plus.
